The Ward 1 Economic Development Board is appointed by local elected officials and charged with promoting Economic Growth and development in our community. This is a voluntary board.
The Board meets monthly on the 2nd Tuesday of the Month at the Moss Bluff Public Library, 261 Parish Road, in Moss Bluff, at 6:15 PM. Meetings are open to the public.
The Board encourages new business to schedule a ribbon cutting ceremony with the Board.
The 2017 Moss Bluff Christmas Parade is presented by the Ward One Economic Development Board and the Moss Bluff Civic Club . The Parade is December 9, 2017 at 2:00 PM. The parade will begin at Market Basket and travel along Sam Houston Jones Parkway and end at Sam Houston High School.
